David KUNG alias KUNG LING HON, son of Dr. H.H.

KUNG, the Minister of Finance, is in charge of the floor, and

most of the matter contained in the files is correspondence

between him (David KUNG) in Hong Kong, and a person in Shanghai,

known to the Folice at the moment only as No. 1123.

The files deal with the formation of "Assassination

Squad" in Shanghai and the particular attempted assassination

of SIU SIK KWAN, the Head of the puppet "Consolidated Tax

Bureau in Shanghai.

The files were found in the drawer of a desk used

by one CHAN FO YIN, who is apparently responsible for coding

and decoding messages on this particular subject.
